Elainor completed her Bachelor of Nursing at Federation University, graduating in 2017. Since then, she has worked across acute mental health, surgical and orthopaedic nursing, clinical education, quality and innovation, and mental health promotion.

Elainor completed her Master of Mental Health Nursing through the University of Newcastle, graduating in 2019 and further developing her expertise in specialist mental health care.

Elainor completed advanced training in aesthetic nursing with Derma Institute Australia, graduating in January 2023. She continues to undertake ongoing education and training with leading aesthetic brands including Galderma, Teoxane and Rejuran.
